A motivated, driven, open-minded individual that has ample experience in working with different groups of people. Teaching Experience
Beyond my qualifications in the International Baccalaureate, I have had plenty of opportunities to work with people of different character and abilities. As an individual with a rich international upbringing, having studied at international schools my whole life as well as having ample experience in tutoring students, I constantly exercised adaptability skills in order to successfully work with people that have distinct strengths and weaknesses.
I am an experienced private tutor with a specific background working with primary and secondary students in the areas of Maths and English. Through over three years of one-on-one sessions, I have refined my communication and presentation skills. Moreover, I organise classes tailored to their unique learning styles whilst simultaneously targeting activities to build their confidence on certain areas of study.
Additionally, I was an active volunteer of ASK (All Special Kids) in Switzerland – an organisation that offers students an opportunity to work alongside children with special needs. During this period, I would participate in organised social outings and conferences that families of these children would attend as a supervisor. This granted me with the chance to apply the skills I already gained through tutoring in different settings – an unparalleled experience because it was simply a joy to work with children that prevail despite all circumstances.
