Daniel brings over 13 years of experience across the education sector, with a career spanning both comprehensive and independent school settings. He has held senior leadership positions including Head of Year and Acting Headteacher, giving him a deep understanding of schools from both an academic and pastoral perspective.
Before entering education, Daniel served in the military, an experience that shaped the calm judgement, discipline and leadership he now brings to his work with young people and families. His approach combines professional insight with a genuine understanding that choosing the right educational pathway is rarely a one-size-fits-all decision.
Throughout his career, Daniel has worked extensively with students with Special Educational Needs, Looked After Children and young people requiring additional academic or pastoral support. He has also mentored students, teachers and members of school staff, giving him a particularly well-rounded perspective on the factors that enable children to flourish.
As a father of six, Daniel also understands education from a parent’s perspective. He recognises the importance of finding an environment in which a child can not only achieve academically, but develop in confidence, character and independence.
