I am a private online English Tutor with five years of teaching experience. The tuition I provide can cover GCSE, A-Level and University material in English Literature and Language. As a result of my years of teaching, I have a large bank of online resources, handouts and revision packages available for my students to use in between tutorials.
To compliment curriculum-learning, I offer essay-writing sessions, coursework clinics and university application workshops. In addition to these, my pupils are welcome to contact me in between tutorials via text or email with study queries and coursework updates.
English Literature and Language has always been a passion of mine. The subject encourages students to contemplate the way they view the world. It cultivates an ability to relate to others and to value the written word as a profound form of human expression. Above all, teaching allows me to pass this understanding on to students and encourage in them a lifelong love of English.
As well as tutoring, I also run a small fine art publishing press that specialises in limited edition research pamphlets. For instance, my current book projects include work with the Tate and with a Keats academic. I have a first-class degree in English Literature and an MA with distinction in Fine Art. My work has been recognised by various prizes and scholarships.
