Employability Programme For Job-seekers

For many job-seekers who are from underprivileged backgrounds that may not have strong positioning in society, will likely experience difficulty in navigating the job market due to not having formal qualifications or perhaps experience is limited.

However, we are of the belief that as long as we come with an open heart to learn, a coachable attitude, and receive comprehensive training to develop our skills, there is always hope and ability to become better.

Conventional progression through the British School System is one method, but there are many possibilities to achieve successful careers even later on in life. There has never been a time where so many opportunities for education and career development is available.

For those whose English may not be their first language, we help build their confidence and self-esteem to remove the ‘barrier’ to entry. By focusing on the results they can help employers achieve and training them for suitable placements, they will have a stronger likelihood of success.

We have strong connections in business and with other potential employers to open up work opportunities for suitable candidates. By leveraging our contacts and network, job-seekers are in a more favourable position than if they were to navigate the job application process alone.

We believe in empowerment and recognising each staff member as a human being with rights that should be honoured within the workplace. Modern slavery, bullying from colleagues and seniors, is something that sadly many people endure due to lack of support. We provide aftercare post-training to ensure their professional and personal needs through their job placements are being met with excellence.
