Our Tutors must:
- Go through a qualification process including an interview before being officially signed up to Telios Tutors
- Undergo background checks including enhanced DBS checks
- Demonstrate the ability to teach effectively
- Have a strong sense of commitment, responsibility and reliability
- Demonstrate the ability to help students achieve desired results
- Have excellent communication skills and operate with efficiency
- Operate with loyalty, compassion and empathy
