Our Vision
To be recognised as the leading provider of 1 to 1 private tuition in the UK in terms of ethical practice, speed of implementation, integrity and excellence in achieving results.
To revolutionise the way in which young people are being academically and personally developed within the education industry. Our desire is to positively impact 20% more students, clients and staff in a professional and personal capacity every year.
Our Mission
To authentically edifiy and empower every individual within the organisation, from students to tutors, to actualise their academic and personal goals through our leadership.
We care about holding space and honouring every individual’s journey with us. This journey should lead them towards their goals where we celebrate milestones along the way.
Our mission extends to providing international humanitarian aid. Every year, we donate a percentage of our revenue to charity. Last year, we contributed financially towards providing people with education, food and building an orphanage. The people we are particularly passionate about helping are those who are often ‘neglected’ in society across various parts of the world with little or no access to basic resources.

Our beliefs
We believe excellent service should be conducted with a high level of responsiveness and unparalleled speed of implementation.
Gaining clarity of every client’s ultimate vision and purpose of our involvement provides us with the core of all the subsequent actions we take in order to fulfil this. We do this by deeply understanding their long-term goals and desires for the child.
Young people need to be guided and mentored in a way where they feel inspired and empowered; falling in love with the process of learning is essential.
Every tutor and staff member within the workplace should be provided with the highest level of honour, assurance and inclusiveness. We believe in building long-standing relationships.
