Description: Lucy has a First Class Honors Degree in Law and can teach a variety of subjects. Not only can she teach Law and English but also Geography, Chemistry and History. Here is a snippet of her tutor profile.
About Me
I’ve recently graduated from Newcastle University with First Class Honours. I completed a study abroad placement at the University of Copenhagen where I also obtained a First Class result. I have acted on two law committees, been awarded five external scholarships because of my grades and work ethic. As well as this I received over 6 awards from my university. I have won 5 law competitions in advocacy and have had my work recently published for achieving the highest in my year in that module.
My Aim
I am a tutor because I enjoy helping people. The above credentials demonstrate my genuine interest and enjoyment of law. I hope to inspire and encourage other law students to reach their potential by deepening their understanding and broadening their knowledge.
My Expereince
I know first-hand the difference it can make when someone changes the way information is given to you. There are so many ways that people can learn. It is all about finding the best way that works for you. My personal style is turning content into stories to remember specific details. The best approach is learning with diagrams and flashcards to hone in on the really tricky topics.
My Methods
My teaching style is very flexible as I tailor every session to students unique ability to understand and learn the content. I’m very patient and I’m confident I can help you achieve your goals.
Similarly, lesson structure will be completely dependent on the students need and preferences. I understand exactly what examiners want to see. I’ll give students hints and tips when delivering the content, as well as go through practice questions with you. This will be to make sure the student feels 100% ready for your exam and/or assignment.
