Klara Dollan

General Manager, Telios Tutors
klara

Hi there! I’m Klara, and with several years of experience in the tutoring and education sector, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with both families and tutors to help students reach their full potential.

As General Manager at Telios Tutors, I oversee the client experience and tutor operations, ensuring that every match is thoughtful, personalised, and aligned for long-term success. I work directly with parents and students to understand their unique goals, challenges, and expectations, offering tailored advice and ongoing support throughout their educational journey.

A key part of my role involves working closely with our tutors to maintain the highest standards, while also fostering an environment where they can grow and feel supported. From carefully curating tutor-student matches to guiding families through every stage of the process, I’m passionate about making each learning experience as effective and meaningful as possible.

What sets my approach apart is the balance of professional insight and personal connection. As a mother, I truly understand how important trust and reliability are when it comes to a child’s education. That perspective fuels my dedication to creating an environment where tutors can thrive and families feel genuinely supported.

Outside of my work in education, I’ve always had a deep love for words and storytelling. I’ve been blogging since my teenage years, writing everything from personal reflections to creative writing and fantasy fiction. I’m an avid reader, especially drawn to fiction, romance, and psychological thrillers, as well as personal development books that explore the mind, motivation, and growth from a thoughtful perspective. When I’m not working or looking after my family, you’ll most likely find me curled up in my book nook, lost in another world.

Through the Telios Tutors blog, I aim to share thoughtful insights, practical guidance, and the values that make us a reliable and caring presence in the world of education—while also bringing a little storytelling flair into the mix.
