About Me
My name is Sura and I’m a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from University College London. I have tutored for 5 years with a passion to ensure that my students enjoy the learning experience while mastering their subjects. I personally took Mathematics, Physics and Economics in A-Levels and obtained a score of 93, 96 and 99. Therefore I am determined to drive my students in that direction as well. Outside of tutoring and engineering, I enjoy playing football, travelling and experimenting in the kitchen.
Teaching Experience
I have spent 5 years tutoring students from various backgrounds in A-Levels, IB and GCSEs. Many of my students achieve A’s and A*’s in their exams. The majority have gone on to pursue degrees in some of the country’s best universities. I aspire to teach in a way that would allow students to appreciate and comprehend their subjects. I emphasise making them understand the matter more as well as its relevant real-world application. Additionally, I aim to ensure that the students enjoy this learning process and possibly find their passion in what they learn.
