She has a huge heart to help young people and is utilising her experience and skills in tutoring students in various subjects. She a very passionate academic. I am a dentist with strong academic interests. After graduating a lot of my time was spent involved in academic activities throughout the course of my postgraduate master’s degrees. Having applied to two masters programmes, I am quite familiar with writing up university personal statements and would be happy to advise and help prospective students in this regards. I tutor in Biology up to A-level and Chemistry up to AS-level. Also, I am able to tutor basic physiology and immunology at an undergraduate level.
My hobbies include horse riding, (which I like to do whenever I get time away from my studies!), reading and swimming.
Teaching Experience
My experience in teaching was mostly gained during my five-year undergraduate dental degree. During my final two years as a dental student, I was assigned to tutor and guide the junior students in their pre-clinical years. The subjects I supported them with included head and neck anatomy, oral pathology, oral medicine and basic pharmacology. Also, I had to prepare short presentations on selected subjects that the junior students requested, and presented this to them in the presence of our university teaching staff.
