I have a broad background in academia; an Arts and Science undergraduate philosophy degree and a Master’s of Iranian studies with distinction from SOAS. I have also written the MCAT (though I decided not to go into medicine) so my science background is also quite extensive. Maths was also my best subject in high school, where I achieved a perfect 100% on the provincial exam for the twelfth grade. I started my tutoring career as a French tutor initially and I have worked extensively with children in summer camps since then.

As a person, I’m patient, approachable and am extremely enthusiastic.

I have been a teaching assistant for a philosophical overview course for second-year undergraduates when I was in my fourth year of my own undergraduate, running a tutorial singlehandedly, advising students on papers, and marking. Prior to that, I worked with summer camps, first as a volunteer and then later in charge of my own camp. Prior to that, I was engaged with other placements teaching karate and tutoring other students from my school.
